|1. |The currency used in presenting quotations must be AFG (Afghani), |
| |We retain the right to reject any quotation which does not fulfil all the criteria specified in this RFQ as well as to split an order to |

| |Quotations must remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date received, |
| |Bidders must provide fixed price, including taxes, transportation, loading and unloading with any extra costs. IRW will not accept any |
| |extra cost or fee occurred by the vendor above his offered prices here; |
| |Multiple Awards: IRW may accept any item or group of items of a proposal, unless the Bidder qualifies the proposal by specific limitations.|
| |IRW reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity proposed, at the unit prices proposed, unless the|
| |Bidder specifies otherwise in the proposal. Quotation proposals will be evaluated on the basis of advantages and disadvantages to IRW that |
