1. Starting with the Class of 2013, all students must maintain a Top Ten Reading List throughout their four years of High School as part of their graduation portfolio.

2. Students may include books read outside of school as well as those assigned in class. Students may NOT include text books or general reference sources (encyclopedias, pamphlets, manuals, etc)

3. Students may add and/or delete books from their lists as they please. It is recommended that students complete 3 books a year for their 9th, 10th, and 11th Grade years and complete 1 book by the portfolio submission date of their 12th Grade year. A final, complete list signed by the advisor will be placed in the portfolio.

4. For each book, the student must also complete a Reading List Worksheet which will be placed in the portfolio.

5. The successful completion of the Reading List will be a factor in determining the student’s graduation status.
