Upgrade Instruction

1. Connect the correct PSU into the Power port of the 3G15Wn and power it On by pressing the

Power button next to the Power port.

2. Connect the computer to any LAN socket on the 3G15Wn and wait for about 2 minutes until the

computer gets the proper IP address (192.168.1.x, x=2-254)

3. On the computer, open any web browser and type in the 3G15Wn IP address (by default is

) in the address bar and hit Enter.

4. Navigate to Management > Device Settings > Update Firmware

5. Click Browse and select the firmware file (3G15WN-L411-402NCM-C01_R12_AU_20100921.bin)

and press Open.

6. Click Update Software. Warning: do not power off the 3G15Wn during firmware update process.

The process should take about 3-5 minutes.

7. Once it is done, please navigate to Basic > Home and verify the firmware version is L411402NCM-C01_R12.

8. Navigate to Management > Device Settings > Restore Default to reset the unit back to default

to make new features and fixes effective.
