UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA, a post-secondary educational institution incorporated pursuant to

the University of Ottawa Act, 1965, S.O. 1965, Ch. 137.

Referred to as the "University"

A. The parties entered into a service contract identified by contract number (the "Contract");

B. The Parties wish to amend the Contract and the Contract amendment clause provided that the Contract may be amended in writing in a signed agreement. In consideration of the execution of mutual agreements contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Capitalized words or expressions used in this amendment shall have the same meaning as given to those words or expressions set out in the Contract.

2. This Amendment is effective as of the effective date of the Contract.

3. The Parties wish to amend the Contract as follows add time, money and work :

remain unchanged. 5. This Amendment once signed by both Parties shall form part of the Contract. 6. If any terms and conditions of the Contract are contrary to this Amendment, this

Amendment shall prevail.
