If air handler stands are in bad shape replace stands. Replace whips to condensers and air handlers if needed.Replace A/H stands if neededReconnect all Fire alarm controls and;Label all units and t-statsReplace drain line with PVC and include p-traps and clean-outsInstall safety switches in A/H drainsConnect back to existing electrical and duct workUse fresh air system compatible with existing and replace stats.Install all new digital thermostats with units being replaced.Install float switches in air handler to shut condenser off if drains are stopped up.There will be a required contractors meeting prior to bid submission.All units must be properly anchoredContractor responsible to pull all permits.Remove all old equipment from job site and remove all trash from job site.Bids must include all labor, materials and taxes. The Board reserves theright to ask contractor to agree to a direct purchase agreement if it so desires. ................
