SCOPE of SERVICESInstallation of one permanent 6 foot galvanized pole,100 amp service meter, and weather-proof, outdoor electrical outlet at the Department of Water Supply’s Keei Well C, located at 83-5270 Painted Church Road (Parcel ID 830080410000)The CONTRACTOR shall provide all the equipment, materials, and labor for the following:Installation of one permanent galvanized pole with weather-proof outlet:All work to be performed by licensed electricians according to all applicable Federal, State, and County requirements;All necessary HELCO paperwork to perform installation and connection;All necessary Hawai’i County paperwork to perform installation;Installation and concrete encasement of a 6” galvanized meter pole and installation of (2) ground rods at the service as per HELCO standards;One 1 gang weatherproof box with a 20A duplex TR GFCI WR and weatherproof in-use cover;One 100A main breaker in the meter main on the galvanized meter pole being installed;All necessary service conduit and cabling on the line side of the meter main with #2 Alu service entrance cable to be installed and connected to permanent shelter once that shelter arrives on site;All needed mobilization/demobilization of heavy equipment;Electrical wiring to be performed per 2011/2014 NEC;Any required electrical inspections;Opening the HELCO service request for the customer and paying any fees to HELCO.All work shall be coordinated, by CONTRACTOR, with DWS staff.It is understood that the Hawaii Department of Health, Air Quality Monitoring Section (AQMS) shall pay for additional materials and labor incurred by any changes made by AQMS during construction.The service meter pole shall be installed not further than 100’ from the closest HELCO pole.AQMS will ensure that the service meter pole location is accessible for CONTRACTOR to perform the installation with its heavy equipment.AQMS is responsible to maintain all trees trimmed in the area of the overhead service electrical line at all times. ................
