They can be anything – feeling sunshine on your face, receiving a gift/treat, spending time with a special person. Try and also write down why you are grateful for these things. Be grateful!People: Connect Find someone in your class that you have 5 things in common with. It might be you like the same food, you play the same sport, you like the same TV show. Anything! Be prepared to talk with different people, this person you have 5 things in common with may not be your best friend!Discover!Place: Take Notice Spend time at your home trying to find some unexpected beauty. It could be inside or outside. Get creative and take a photo of this unexpected or unnoticed beauty. Fill the frame with as much of the subject as you can. Find the beauty!Planet: Care Spend some time each day doing something that cares for our planet. Could be recycling, taking out rubbish, picking up rubbish, planting a new plant or tree. Anything!
