5. Atlas PRIME Integrated Fuel Management

1. Atlas PRIME is Gasboy’s fuel management system integrated into the Gasboy Atlas dispenser. Atlas PRIME provides a point-of-use fuel authorization terminal for both attended and unattended fueling stations.

1. Display

1. Electronic Fleet: Volume only (gallons or liters) displays. 1" (2.5 cm) back lighted LCD displays. Maximum 999.999 gallons or 9999.99 liters (9850 models: 9999.99 gallons or 9999.99 liters). Displays both front and back of cabinet, except models with front load nozzle boot option only display on side with corresponding nozzle boot. Last transaction maintained for more than 15 minutes by on board capacitor. Backlight by 6 Super-brite LEDs for long life.

1. Standard and High Flow Pumps: Rotary 10 vane pump with an air eliminator and self-priming built into pump casting. Belt driven. Pumps include field replaceable shaft seal and optional inlet check valve. Ten (10) vanes provide quieter operation and better suction lift.

2. Super hi Pumps (9840) and TW1M: Two (2) rotary 10 vane pumps per hose position with an air eliminator and self-priming built into pump casting. Belt driven. Inlet check valve standard in each pump to prevent cross flow. Ten (10) vanes provide quieter operation and better suction lift.

3. Ultra-hi Pumps (9850): High speed rotary vane pump, belt driven.

5. Motor (Pump models only)

1. 1 Hp continuous duty explosion proof enclosed motor on Standard, High Flow, and Super-hi flow pump models (115V or 230V). Two (2) motors provided on Super-hi and TW1M.

2. 1-1/2 Hp continuous duty explosion proof enclosed motor on Ultra-hi model 9850K.

6. Filter / Strainer

1. Internal Filter: Spin on filter canister located before meter and valve to ensure product purity and protect critical components from contamination. Available in 10-micron or 30-micron particulate or water alert filtration with 1-1/2” opening. One filter provided per hose position on standard and high flow models. Two filters per hose position on super-hi (9840) model. Standard on SF, HF, and SHF models. Internal filter not available on UHF models - see external filter option..

2. Internal Strainer: 80-mesh removable strainer included in filter adapter housing. One strainer per hose position for standard and high flow, two strainers per hose position for super hi flow (9840) models.

3. Internal Strainer (9850): 40-mesh removable strainer basket, one per hose position.

7. Valves

1. Standard & High-Flow: 2-stage, 1” solenoid valve for preset operation (PP) that can be cleaned or replaced without breaking down pipe work – standard on dispensers and pumps.

2. Super-hi and Ultra-hi (9840/9850): 2-stage, 1-1/2” solenoid valve – standard on dispensers and pumps.

8. Inlet connection:

1. Standard and High flow: 1-1/2” (3.8 cm) NPT.

2. Super-hi and Ultra-hi flow: 2” (5cm) NPT.

9. Piping

1. Standard, High Flow, and Super-hi: 1” steel tube feedline on single and TW2 dispensers, 1” brazed copper feedline on TW1 dispenser and all pumps. Discharge is 1” black iron threaded pipe.

2. Ultra-hi: 1-1/2” black iron threaded pipe.

1. Standard & High flow: 1” NPT, convert to ¾” with customer supplied NPT reducer.

1. Explosion-proof field wiring junction box for AC wiring. Includes two 1” NPT field wiring openings and one ¾” NPT opening for DC control interface wiring.

1. Internal Electronic - Commercial SF, HF, SHF, & UHF: Displayed on LCD by magnetic switch activation. Displays up to 999,999 per meter / hose. Electronically backed up. Whole units only.

4. Bezel and Dialface Graphics

1. Bezel: High strength structural foam for improved rigidity painted black with one-piece clear polycarbonate window. Gas, oil and UV resistant.

2. Dialface: Back screened one-piece polycarbonate overlay (black print on white background per customer spec) with cutouts as needed for displays. Gas, oil and UV resistant.

3. Brand: Replaceable polycarbonate back screened brand panel. Gas, oil and UV resistant. Backlighted by High Brightness LED strip (optional).

1. INTERNAL FILTER ADAPTER (“F”): Provides adapter inside the cabinet for a filter element to help ensure product purity. Specify standard or high flow and element type. Not available for 9850K series.

1. FRONT LOAD NOZZLE BOOT (“Z”): Relocates standard side-oriented nozzle boot to front of cabinet for lane-oriented fueling applications. Electronic units only.

2. SATELLITE PIPING (“S”): Provides internal piping and union for connecting to a satellite dispenser for convenient fueling of saddle tanks. Available on remote dispensers and 9850K.

3. STAINLESS STEEL PANELS: Provide durable finish. Type 304 Kooline SSt with embossed brush finish. All stainless steel panels ("SS"). Stainless steel front and back panels only ("SSA"). Stainless steel top and sides only ("SSTS").

4. TopKAT PLUS MOUNTING KIT (“D5”): Includes pump mounting hardware and Ethernet DC conduit for the TopKAT PLUS fuel management system.

5. LIGHT (“L”): Illuminates products panels and register areas. LED strip with 15 high brightness LEDs per side. Not available with EK option.

6. SUBMERSIBLE PUMP DIRECT DRIVE RELAY: For the direct drive of submersible pumps up to 3/4 hp at 115VAC or 1-1/2 hp at 230 VAC. Rated 40 amps. Alternative to external relay box. Specify single or twin relays.

7. VAPOR RECOVERY READY (“Y”): Special vapor recovery nozzle boot, hanger and splitter cutout in frame and sheathing.

8. VAPOR RECOVERY KIT: Vapor recovery kits for Coax Balanced Vapor Recovery include special nozzle boot, hanger, splitter, and feeder hose. Pumping units include internal vapor piping. Does NOT include hanging hardware. Field installation required.

9. INTERNAL HOSE RETRACTOR (“I”) - Keeps hoses out of the fueling lane.

13. FILTER KITS, EXTERNAL - Help ensure product purity. Single or Dual filter kits include adapter, element, and pipe fittings. Available in 10-micron or 30-micron particulate or water alert filtration with 1-1/2” opening, 5” diameter by 11” long. Specify standard or hydrosorb element.

14. HIGH HOSE RETRACTOR (“H”) - Eases hose handling during fueling and keeps hose up and out of the way to reduce wear and run-over damage. High, post-mounted with enclosed spring return reel

15. FILTER CAP – Replaces internal spin-on filter for applications where a filter is not required.

16. PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE (048577) – Gasboy Model 52A prevents product from leaking from the air elimination vent in aboveground tank suction pump installations (required accessory). TW2 models require two valves.

17. ABOVEGROUND TANK KIT (032060) – Solenoid operated anti-siphon kit for 9850K only. Prevents product from leaking from the air elimination vent in aboveground tank suction pump installations (required accessory).

18. AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION (ATC) - Measurement Canada approved system to sadjust the measured volume to the 60⁰F standard. Available for gasoline or diesel fuels only - Electronic models only - Limited to Canadian market.

1. General Information

1. The cloud software system must be modular in design.

2. Ability to enroll and un-enroll in modules and features based on customer needs.

3. The system shall be a cloud-based web server communicating with all sites to provide centralized data base and on-line network access for fleet managers, key personnel, and remote maintenance entities, providing 24/7 on-line access through the network.

4. The cloud hosted software shall create and control several fleets and departments and support different privilege levels for limited access for different users (for example, a Fleet manager can only manage the Vehicles in his/her own Fleet).

5. The cloud hosted software shall provide advanced on-line services for multiple sites and multiple fleets in a region.

6. The cloud hosted software shall support multiple fuel sites/equipment and allow data consolidation.

7. The cloud hosted software shall synchronize data with all sites in near real-time.

8. The cloud hosted software shall provide secure log-in through the Web for each fleet manager, for monitoring & control and report generation including exception reports.

9. The cloud hosted software application can interface to other applications via Web Services, import and export of files to FTP and ODBC standard.

10. The cloud hosted software should have ability to show all fuel suppliers available in the US and allow you to select which ones can service our fuel locations.

11. The cloud hosted software must have an optional, private cellular network to connect to devices such as inventory monitors, card readers, and other petroleum equipment.

12. The cloud hosted software web interface shall use SSL security.

13. Cloud hosted software shall be able to integrate with Active Directory SSO or similar application.

2. Fuel Site Module

1. Must have Fuel Control and Transaction Tracking.

2. Must enhanced transaction reporting with ability to export data.

3. Must have ability to have a Fleet Fuel card acceptance – Local auth or networked.

4. Must have Direct “live” connection to Card Reader from your desktop or mobile device.

5. Must have the ability to create custom exports and data feeds to other back office software systems (Oracle, SAP, etc)

6. Must have full inventory reconciliation with Bill of Lading and Veeder Root TLS deliveries.

3. Fuel Card Module
