If you read this email then you should take my experience and how I felt after the treatment i received from your GM Tim Donnelly the dealership at 7000 West Sahara Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89117 location. I received a phone call yesterday from your dealership about an Acura TSX 2012 that I'm very interested in and we agreed to come and look at the car at 7:00 P.M. By the time i get off work and drive to your dealership, I receive a cold treatment not a single person in your store give me and my Lady a welcome greeting, I saw 4 or 5 of your employee sitting on the chairs and as i trying to make eye contact with them and waited for a greeting like "hello welcome to Acura dealer, how may I help you today?" but no I received none of that and instead I got a cold treatment all of your sale man avoided my eyes contact except for one lady her name is Marry Weisbrod. She was kind enough to greet us and ask us what she can do for us to night. I was glad at least i get some attention from your sale rep. Now when i asked for the TSX that we talked and agree to see last night, she can't find it the car. It's turn out the car had been sold and none of your sale rep bother to call me and let me known about it. I was kinda mad about this already but Marry trying her best to show me around and tried to find another car that will be in our best interest. We finally found one and I told her I want my lady to be the owner of this car and she is the first time buyer which mean her credit history is very weak. Marry told us "we will work something out" well finally we sit down on the table and talking about the prices. The first price she gave us is not really in my best interest then i gave her a different price so she can ask her GM. As I'm discuss with my Lady and watch Marry Limping slowly to her GM to ask for the price i just wrote down, then all of a sudden i heard across the room a loud voice yelling and pointing at our direction saying " I'M NOT GOING TO DEAL WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CREDIT". Me and my Lady we both look at each other stunt and in dazed of what just had happened. The Humiliation when all your employee look at us and the cold Stare chilling down my spine as I look at my Lady and she is holding tears in her eyes. I'm so and angry and the Humiliation that I have never felt before it's all happened in one night. I felt like I'm a beggar coming to your store to ask for your charity for free but in reality i'm the one whose going to feed your dealership and your GM Tim Donnelly, so i guess this is how much you guys Value your customer and treat them with the Utmost Respect right? If this is the way you guys treat your customer then I will not be one of your so called VALUED CUSTOMER. SO WHAT IF WE DON'T HAVE CREDIT? WE CAN'T USE ANY CASH TO BUY YOUR DAMN $25000 DOLLAR ACURA? I'm writing to you this email is because he is the GM in your ACURA DEALERSHIP, he who holding the highest position in there, DARE TO HUMILIATED another person, a customer? Does he have the right to say something so despicable and so disgusting and humiliating to another person? I want you guys to feel how I feel about the way your GM Tim Donnelly treating me and my lady . If you guys still value your customer then you need to take this into consideration. For me I will share my story through out social media and I will file a complaint with the BBB. My wife she still feeling very hurtful since the incident happened last night and I guess your GM must have a good night of sleep since he can Humiliated another person, another customer. I don't mind an apology from HIM or from this CORPORATE at all. But just keep in mind this is the first time i ever experienced something so deeply EMBARRASSING, DISGUSTING, AND MOST OF ALL THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BY YOUR GM, " Your GM is not the Lord", put him back into his position and make him realize the Customer is the one who feeding him.
