World Water Week 2019 event convenor contract
The Stockholm International Water Institute confirms that your event has been accepted in the official programme of World Water Week 2019.
By signing the below, the convening organisation hereby confirm that they have read and agreed to the event convenor conditions (found here) and understood the points below:
• The convening organisation is responsible for developing the programme of the event.
• The convening organisation will ensure that officials, including themselves and speakers, register to attend World Water Week.
• The cost for arranging an event at World Water Week is SEK 36 000 (discounts may apply). SIWI reserves the right to allocate time slots and rooms for all events.
• The Stockholm International Water Institute will invoice the event fee to the convening organisations. The invoice information should be provided in a timely manner by the convenor. The costs can be split between maximum four (4) organisations. The convening organisation is responsible for making sure all the information is correct. Changes to sent invoices comes with an administrative fee of SEK 700.
• For gold standard events the discount will be applied to the invoices sent out in July after the event programme has been submitted. Should it be discovered that the criteria are not fulfilled at the time of the event the additional amount, as well as an administrative fee, will be invoiced.
• Should you cancel you event between 1 April and 30 June 2019, you will be refunded 50% of the event fee. Cancelations after 1 July 2019, no refunds will be made.
