All programs accredited through ACHC using its Behavioral Health Standards Manual must meet the applicable standards in all seven Sections of the manual.

The chart below is meant to be a one-page reference guide identifying the applicable ACHC Behavioral Health Program Service type that corresponds to each of the program descriptions identified in the Behavioral Health Community-Based Program regulations (COMAR 10.63). Note that if a program is accredited only for a specific population it will only be licensed for that population.

Specific questions regarding applicability and/or interpretation of specific accreditation standards should be referred to ACHC.
