The budget allocation varies from year to year. The 2014-2015 allocation for Art is $5492.87. The annual budget allocation for Art is primarily determined by statistics, such as, number of students in the Art program, number of Art reference questions, circulation of Art related library materials, and the number of library instruction for Art classes. Since this course will serve the Writing in the Discipline designation, library instruction is required. The librarian did not have a chance to conduct a library session when the experimental course was offered during fall 2014. The professor should contact the Art subject librarian to schedule a library session in the future.Additional library resources needed The required textbook, Women, Art and Society / Whitney Chadwick, is available in the library. The library has almost all the books on the reading list. The professor is encouraged to recommend resources for the library's future purchases. ................
