This is a MANDATORY HOA and Annual Assessments MUST be paid in full. As we prepare for the 2020 Assessments, liens are being placed on properties that are not paid in full. If the lien is not attended to by FEBRUARY 1, 2020, the Association will file a LAWSUIT in Clayton County Courts. Clayton County Animal Control is a partner with Stoney Creek and is committed to working with us to keep residents safe. Clayton County has a Leash Law. Dogs MUST be on a leash when not in homes or safely behind fences. The County will pick the dogs up and fine the owner(s).? Future incidents will trigger increased fines.? Once people know Clayton County does not play, they make better choices; including getting rid of hard to maintain animals. Residents MUST contact Animal Control as opposed to the HOA Board members. When we must park on the street, please ONLY PARK ON THE RIGHT SIDE! If an emergency vehicle cannot pass, do not park in that location! Consider others! Large trucks are not allowed to park on streets or in driveways for extended amounts of time.
