THE SCRANTON ENTERPRISE CENTER IS A MODERN, STATE-OF-THE-ART BUSINESS FACILITY LOCATED IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN SCRANTON, PENNSYLVANIA.

Constructed in 2003 and renovated in 2018, the facility houses several anchor tenants as well as a Business Incubator program for start-up and expanding small businesses. Class A office space with varying square footage configurations is currently available for lease, along with on-site tenant and visitor parking. The second floor of the Scranton Enterprise Center houses a business incubator, designed to nurture young firms, helping them become established and allowing them to grow during the start-up period.

IGNITE BUSINESS INCUBATOR PROGRAM

Northeast Pennsylvania has an entrepreneurial spirit rooted deep within our history. Ripe with thriving industries and generations of hardworking families that call it home, we have eight colleges and universities with approximately 12,800 students ready to enter the workforce each year.

The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce facilitates the IGNITE Business Incubator program designed to help entrepreneurs succeed in today's business climate. No matter your goal, we work in collaboration with you to match your venture to a program or mentor that fosters job creation and stimulates business growth in line with your business plan.

The second floor of the Scranton Enterprise Center (SEC) houses the IGNITE program. Business incubators nurture young companies, helping them to survive and grow during the start-up period when they are most vulnerable. The Scranton Enterprise Center provides a number of services to enhance the development of young firms. These services include hands-on management assistance, access to financing, intensive mentoring programs and networking opportunities. In addition we provide work spaces that foster collaboration in an affordable and entrepreneurial environment.

The business incubator tenants have access to cutting edge technologies, shared office services, equipment, conference rooms, common area meeting spaces, flexible leases, expandable office space, and private phone booths. These services coupled with professional management will stimulate the growth and development of new business ventures in northeastern Pennsylvania.
