The following are general Fremont Bank requirements/information:

• All credit docs (i.e. credit report, bank statements, paystub, prelim) cannot be older than 60 days at docs and 90 days at funding.

• If property is in flood zone, flood declaration page from NFIP (no private policies) with loss payee along with proof premium paid will be needed prior to approval.

• Appraisal request must be ordered through the MORRIS Portal

• PIW eligibility does not apply for High Balance loans

• 4506T will be obtained for all transactions whether transcripts are required or not

• Broker submitted DU: If Day 1 Certainty applies for a borrower – salary requirements may not apply

*If DU shows PIW eligibility – indicate on Page One of the Submission Form
