I am listing below the bread recipe which we use with the Panasonic Bread Maker, and the Gluten Free programme.

Place a mixing bowl on scales and ‘zero’ the indicator. The ingredients below must be added in the order listed.

350 grams of milk

60 grams olive oil.

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of vinegar

450 grams of Doves Farm GF Brown Bread Flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons yeast.

Gently mix the ingredients and pour into the bread maker pan.

When first baked this is delicious, but would recommend that on the same day, if there is any left, cut in slices and pop into the freezer.

It freezes well, and can then be brought out when necessary and toasted.
