Dear Incoming 8th Grade Parents, We are excited to meet our new classes and begin this special year

with your children. Below you will see the supplies that are required for eighth grade. Don't forget to check the Upper Moreland Website for summer reading and summer math requirements. We are looking forward to an enjoyable school year!

*post-its (3x3) *earbuds (needed in classes daily) *loose leaf paper *pen/pencils *highlighters *2 inch binder (sections for Literacy, Science, Social Studies) *pocket dividers for binders (2 sets) *1 marble notebook (Keck-Literacy)

* 2 graphing notebooks * 1 Math folder *TI-30XIIS calculator (Walmart, Staples, Office Max) *4 triple A batteries (for the graphing calculators that they will be using in the classroom)

Supplies specific to World Languages (Spanish, French & German):

*1 binder

Supplies specific to ESL:

*1 marble notebook *1 folder

***It is also suggested that all 8th grade students purchase a TI-84 Plus graphing calculator.
