This includes time put into a programs creation, outline, agenda, materials created such as PowerPoint's, video clips, role plays and hand outs, as well as any simulations or group exercises. For programs that are offered as ongoing any changes after a pilot program may require redesign and will be charged accordingly. Program designers are required to have a minimum of 5 years experience plus a Bachelors Degree or a minimum of 10 years experience. Program Delivery: 874-4The cost of this service is governed by the number facilitators needed for a program. The number of facilitators needed is determined by the number of participants in a program and/or the program design. For team building activities, teams are usually made up of 8-12 participants. Some communication courses that require video-taping and feedback require a 1 to 4 ratio of facilitator and participant. Classroom training is usually kept at 24 to 30 participants per session. More than one facilitator may be required to teach a program that large. This service includes all initiatives that are performed and any training or facilitating that is performed within the group. Programs can cover many topics including teambuilding, leadership development, conflict resolution, MBTI, Disc; train the trainer and many other topics. Topics to be covered during a program will be determined during the design stages.
