State of TexasIn this Bulletin:Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) announces new Master Servicer, Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA)The process to transition to a new Master Servicer from US Bank MRBP to Idaho HFA has begun with the required Agreements in place. The loan origination/registration process remains the same throughout the transition. All loans will continue to be reserved with US Bank through September 30th, and begin the new process with Idaho HFA on October 1st.?Webinar trainings will be conducted on the dates provided below, and will provide an introduction to Idaho HFA, a high-level overview of the program guidelines, an in-depth systems overview, and instructions for file delivery and funding guidelines.? Loan officers, processors, underwriters and post-closing staff, etc. should also consider participating in the webinar trainings.?
