Corporate Mission To structure and manage, on a global basis, the sport competition aspects of freeride skiing, snowboarding & e-MTB, and to help companies and mountain resorts grow and prosper through organizing and delivering world-class sports events. Our specific marketing proposition to the corporate world is qualitative in that our sports properties enable corporations to connect deeply with a specific group of people who can best be summarized by the psychographic: "young-atheart." Our marketing proposition to mountain resorts is that top events drive people traffic thus fueling local economic activity.

Freeride World Tour (FWT) The Freeride World Tour was launched in 2008 and is now recognized by riders, the ski industry and the media as the competitive pinnacle of the sport. In 2018, the world's best freeriders: men, women, skiers and snowboarders alike, will visit some of the world's most renowned ski resorts in pursuit of the world title. The five-stop Freeride World Tour is supported by more than 60 Freeride World Qualifier (FWQ) events and 60 Freeride Junior Tour (FJT) events around the world.

Verbier E-MTB Festival (VEBF) The Verbier E-MTB Festival will be launched in august 2019 and has the aim to become the largest European e-MTB festival. It will be a mass event, accessible to everyone -from 7 to 77 - who wants to discover and ride an e-MTB in the most attractive formats. Bikes tests, kids race, tours and races,

there will be a format for any kind of rider.

The whole industry of e-MTB will be represented and will participate to the 5 days of animations with even a sportive challenge as their professional teams will be invited to participate to an exclusive 3-days race, the Tour du Mont-Blanc.

Verbier (CH) will be the heart of the event and our main partner for the next years.

Sales & Account Manager

We are seeking for an Account Manager who will report directly to FWT Chief Marketing Officer for overall coordination, liaise with the Head of Communication for partner integration within communication plan and deliverables and liaise with Head of Operations for event management and all operational aspects.

Responsibilities

A. Account Management:

? Account Management of FWT and VEBF partners incl. the following services: o 5/7 days before & after the events o 7/7 days during the events o Post event communication reporting o Media valuation report presentation o Face to face pre-season, mid season and post season meetings

? Management and control of the budget linked to sponsoring ? Definition and implementation of the strategic account management plan prior to

the start of the season ? Input in contract definition and update of the contract database ? Monitoring and implementation of new ideas / concepts used by other sport

properties to deliver qualitative and professional partners services ? Proactivity towards partners to help them finding efficient and smart activations

concepts which benefit both partners and FWT / VEBF ? Definition of partners KPIs ? Organization of the pre-season Partner Workshop (and post season if needed)

o Build up of the general presentation o Help in the implementation of relevant workshop

Sales & Account Manager

o Coordination of operational tasks in collaboration with the Senior Operations Managers (venue, conference room, travel, F&B, accommodation, etc.)

o Workshop budget control (defined by the Senior Account Manager) ? Control of contract compliance through the production and monitoring of the

branding share (listing of all partners visibility and deliverables per event). ? Production of the partner's activations folder ? Review and control of the partners' visibility on all FWT promotional and

communicational supports o On-site branding o Prints o Video o Photo o Website & social media

? On-site partner support & information process ? Insure effective process for partner content access ? Oversee the partners invoicing process ? Communication reports distribution to partners ? End of season partners survey production

B. Branding visuals solutions & design:

? Monitoring and sourcing of new branding solution ? Check of the compliance in between visuals and branding share

Personal Profile ? University graduate or relevant academic background ? At least 5 years experience in an Account Management role. ? Operations savvy with a deep understanding of event management. ? Experience of working at events, ideally on an international basis. ? Fluent English & French, German also very useful.

Mind-set ? Proactive and geared towards constantly adding value. ? Recognizes and accepts that during events the demands can be 24 x 7.

? Remains composed under pressure. ? Able to work well in a small team. ? Enjoys the great outdoors including winter sports. ? Willing to travel extensively during the winter season. ? Able to work from Lutry (nr. Lausanne).
