|Day-to-day management of the Trust’s operations; Ensuring all programmes, contracts and projects are delivered on time and in line with targets, goals, plans|

|and expectations of internal and external stakeholders; Leading on the Trust’s relationship management with partners and stakeholders |

|Key Tasks and Responsibilities: (Job Content) |

|Day-to-day management of the Trust’s operations to ensure smooth & efficient delivery and implementation of activities, programmes and plans |

|Translating the Trust’s decisions, strategies and funding agreements into clear and actionable operational deliverables, targets, goals and KPIs |

|Ensuring that clear implementation plans are in place detailing what actions need to be taken, by when and by whom, in order to meet deliverables, targets, |

|goals and KPIs |

|Establishing and managing robust systems to monitor and report on progress and achievement against deliverables, targets, goals and KPIs, ensuring remedial |

|action is taken where necessary |

|Line-management of operations team, ensuring all team members have clear objectives, as well as appropriate supervision, performance management and |

|professional development |

|Developing and continuously improving the Trust’s programmes and services to maximize impact for young people and meet/exceed expectations of stakeholders |

|Setting up and overseeing account management systems and processes to ensure the Trust manages its relationships with funders, employer and school partners |

|and other stakeholders effectively and efficiently |

|Ensuring robust management and delivery of external contracts and funding partnerships, including: |

|Liaison with business development team on potential new contracts/projects, capacity to deliver, resource planning etc |

|Handover of new business to operations team once funding and/or contract is secured including establishing audit trail and ensuring appropriate written |

|agreements are in place |

|Ensuring expectations of client/funder including clear deliverables such as outputs, KPIs, reporting requirements etc are agreed and understood and client |

|needs are fully meet |

|Clear delivery and account management plan for each project including outlining who, what, where, when, ensuring projects are appropriately resourced |

|Monitoring delivery against plan and taking timely remedial action where necessary to ensure deliverables are achieved and expectations are met |

|Ensuring monitoring and reporting requirements and expectations are fully met |

|Establishing, managing and continuously improving the Trust’s systems and procedures including appropriate data collection and record-keeping to ensure the |

|Trust’s operations are delivered consistently, efficiently, safely and in line with expectations of internal and external stakeholders |

|Establishing and managing robust systems to effectively measure and evaluate outcomes and impact |

|Ensuring the Trust has appropriate policies in place and that these policies are adhered to across the organization; Lead responsibility for Safeguarding and|

|Health & Safety |

|Managing the Trust’s HR, Admin, IT and central resources |

|Senior leadership responsibility: working with Chief Executive and Board of trustees on the long-term strategy and governance of the Trust and deputising for|
