(Mental Health Awareness Week 2020). The challenge is to: Complete acts of kindness for family members and participate in activities which make you feel happy. Ways to collect evidence: - Creative activity- paint some rocks/pebbles. Then give them out to family members. See photo below. - Complete three acts of kindness each day- Make a diary of what you did? How did it make them feel? Take photos of the acts of kindness. -Participate in a daily exercise- this could be going for a walk, playing a game in the garden or participating in a yoga activity. Complete a diary of what you did over the week and take photos. -Feelings- Discuss feelings with family members. What makes you feel happy, sad, excited, scared etc? -Participate in a colouring activity with a family member. Colouring sheets in link below.
