Commercial Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma. Experience in office management, such as front desk operations. Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. This position requires excellent organization and communication skills.
Specific Task:
Provides administrative and clerical support to CUSTOMER staff, which could include both federal and contractor employees. Maintains office files for assigned work, and ensures information is readily available for retrieval. Types a variety of memorandums, letters, reports, and other documents, as requested, utilizing Microsoft applications. Will coordinate and implement a broad range of duties vital to the operations of CUSTOMER. These services include, but are not limited to: secretarial and receptions, clerical, office equipment management and operations, administration, conference and meeting planning, travel support, information and data processing including generating reports, mail distribution, photocopying, faxing, records management, telecommunications management, facility usage and space issues, supply distribution, preparation, analysis, review and implementation of activities related to the procurement of equipment, materials, supplies, products and services, following procurement regulations.
Commercial Job Title: Wellness/Fitness Consultant
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Exercise Physiology, Fitness
Management, or related field. Must have comprehensive knowledge and experience in
ACSM standards and policies in corporate fitness or other OH setting. Must have
certification or comprehensive knowledge of current ACSM Guidelines and other
equivalent national certification. Five (5) years experience in Health Promotion, Fitness
Management or related field such as public health/community health, exercise
physiology. CV demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in dealing effectively with various size organizations representing widely
divergent backgrounds, points of view, and levels of authority (i.e. labor union and
management issues). CPR/AED and first aid certification required if position requires
direct client services.
Specific Task:
Consult on, coordinate and participate in the development, implementation
and evaluation of wellness/fitness and/or health promotion services. In accordance with
CUSTOMERS’ policies, assess Federal agencies’ and employees’ needs for wellness and
fitness programs. Through personal meetings, consult and communicate with Federal
managers to facilitate wellness/fitness and/or health promotion program operations and
quality assurance/quality improvement. Consult on, develop, implement, and evaluate
health promotion/disease prevention operational and non-clinical activities. When requested
by COTR, participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team in marketing, planning,
providing and evaluating OH programs. When requested by COTR, participate in national

Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree in a health, wellness or exercise related field or Bachelors Degree in a health, wellness or exercise related field and three (3) years management experience in a corporate fitness or health club setting and one (1) year experience managing multiple sites or a site of over 1000 members. At least one (1) year supervisory experience is required if the specific position calls for a supervisory role. One acceptable national W/F Certification may be required based on specific customer needs as well as group exercise certification and ability to teach a variety of group exercise class formats at a variety of intensities may be required. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
Specific Task:
All Coordinators will provide the following tasks as they are specified by the respective interagency agreements for their facility or program. Their credentials will be relative to the type of facility or program they will coordinate.
Must plan, develop, coordinate and implement all activities of the WFC/P. Oversees designated wellness/fitness program(s), ensuring that all services under the agreements have been delivered and reported to the appropriate CUSTOMER program manager. Provides orientation and training in CUSTOMER Wellness/Fitness Guidelines and Administrative Policies to specified new providers, delegates this function to appropriate providers and provides oversight. Provides communication to the staff on new policies or changes in old policies or procedures. Ensures that all WFC/P are staffed according to the scope of work and that work schedules are modified to meet fluctuating workloads. Implement the pre-participation evaluation and annual re-stratification process in accordance with CUSTOMER Wellness/Fitness Guidelines and Administrative Policies. Implements or coordinates fitness programs - these programs may include components such as fitness assessments, exercise plans, equipment and exercise orientations, regularly scheduled group exercise classes at various intensity levels, muscular/strength training, and cardiovascular training.
