"LOCK-IN"

University of Missouri – Rolla

November 12-13, 2004

Seeking professional women to speak as well as answer questions from high school girls. Opportunity as well to give a workshop for an hour or a fun project.

The Girls “Lock-In” conference is an opportunity for girls to camp out in a Residence Hall for one night, participate in a series of team projects, and learn more about studying math, science, and engineering at UMR. Throughout the 2 days they will network with other prospective and current students, learn tips for financial aid and admission, learn engineering fundamentals, and be introduced to the general atmosphere of UMR.
