NOTES: 1. Program tuition is charged per credit hour at the beginning of each term throughout the student's program. Each academic term is 11 weeks and includes two 5 1/2 week sessions. 2. Course materials charges are derived by taking a weighted net average cost per course multiplied by the number of courses in the term. The average cost of course materials varies by degree type. For all students eligible for the military tuition rate, the course materials charge will be posted to a student's account once each term, after the add/drop period. The charge will then be waived, resulting in no net cost to the student. 3. Total tuition cost is based upon the total number of credits in a degree program. The total number of credits taken at Colorado Technical University may vary due to transfer credits, block transfer, or repeated courses. Students possessing an earned
Associate degree from an accredited institution at the time of admission to Colorado Technical University may be eligible for a block transfer of credits into select Bachelor's degree programs. See the Degree Programs section of the University Catalog for descriptions of the degree programs. For all students eligible for the military tuition rate, the Technology and Graduation Fee are not charged. 4. Military tuition rate cannot be combined with CTU scholarships/grants unless specifically noted in the University Catalog. 5. The University reserves the right to change tuition and fees during the course of an academic year. As such, a student's financial aid packaging may be subject to adjustment to account for these monetary changes. 6. A $1,000 non-refundable Doctoral Symposium fee is charged to a student's account each term in which a student is registered for the two required symposium events. This fee covers administrative costs such as conference rooms, AV equipment,
academic event materials and supplies that are associated with the symposium event. Students interested in attending more than the two required symposium events will be responsible for paying for their hotel accommodations in addition to the nonrefundable Doctoral Symposium fee. Please see the Doctoral Symposium section of the University Catalog for more information. 7. Please refer to University Catalog for program availability.
DISCLOSURE: The above referenced tuition assumes a student will be continuously enrolled and will satisfactorily complete all program requirements for graduation. The total tuition cost will increase and program length may change due to academic failure of courses and/or withdrawals and drops. Transfer credit is evaluated on an individual basis. CTU cannot guarantee transfer credit will be accepted; please see the University Transfer Credit policy. CTU cannot guarantee employment, salary, or career advancement. Not all programs are available to residents of all states.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (RN TO BSN COMPLETION PROGRAM) The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN) completion program provides several opportunities for prospective students to reduce the total program length and cost through credit for academic or other experiences. Upon receipt, official transcripts or other documentation will be reviewed by CTU's Prior Learning Assessment Department to determine transfer credit eligibility into the RN-to-BSN program followed by any cost adjustments. ? Up to 90 quarter credits may be accepted as transfer credit with the required incoming Associate Degree in Nursing, Diploma Registered Nurse (RN), or a graduate-entry educational transition program preparing students for eligibility to become licensed as a Registered Nurse. ? 28.5 quarter credits may be awarded toward degree completion requirements for a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. ? Additional credits may be awarded for professional certifications. For more information on possible qualifying certifications. ? An experiential learning portfolio may be reviewed for additional credit. The table below provides examples of the common scenarios. The cost for each student will be determined after a review of the credit opportunities listed above

DOCTOR OF NURSING PRACTICE The Doctor of Nursing Practice program provides opportunities for prospective students to reduce the total program length and total tuition cost through credit for previous clinical practice. All DNP graduates must complete 1,000 clinical hours at the post-baccalaureate level. Five hundred of those hours will be clinical immersion hours completed while attending CTU. All DNP students are required to enter the program with at least 120 clinical hours. For students that do not have the remaining 380 clinical hours to transfer in, CTU provides DNP Transitions courses. Each Transitions course awards approximately 1 quarter credit hour per every 30 clinical practice hours. The table below provides examples of possible scenarios. The cost for each student will be determined after a review of the clinical hours completed before entering the program.

Students possessing an earned Associate degree from an accredited institution at the time of admission to Colorado Technical University may be eligible for a block transfer of credits into select Bachelor's degree programs. 6. Students in the DNP program are required to attend two symposia during the program. A $1,000 non-refundable Doctoral Symposium fee is charged to a student's account each term in which a student is registered for symposium. This fee covers administrative costs such as conference rooms, AV equipment, academic event materials and supplies that are associated with the symposium event. Students interested in attending more than the two required symposium events will be responsible for paying for their hotel accommodations in addition to the non-refundable Doctoral Symposium fee. Please see the Doctoral Symposium section of the University Catalog for more information.
