To order thank you note cards. Creating a ImPACT brochure that can be used for baseline participants and explanations. St. Elizabeth is ordering pop up banners which will be used for shared use, shows, etc.Scott: noted that the photo shoot went very well. An article is being comprised for In-Touch for the videoanalysis equipment and applications. Joyce: noted that recent issues of In Touch discuss lymphedema and the total joint center. She provided assistance with table in the Edgewood cafeteria for May stroke awareness activities. For June and Hand Therapy Month, Laruen Warm is creating a poster and materials with a table planned in Edgewood Cafeteria.Guy: with the Florence Freedom, it was proposed to have a standard PA announcement for St. Elizabeth when a batter is hit-by-pitch. Scott noted that concussion clinics and school on-site assessments are going on this summer, and Guy will look into the PR/media opportunities.Jeff: noted that four staff and a student PT attended the panel at the May 27 Neuro Symposium at Edgewood. He and Joyce are thinking of activities for PT month in October (hand grip dynamometer; 10 item quiz). Thank you cards needed (Gary can procure). Need to create a script that all can use for consistency.Bill: essentially all schools need new St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine signs, except Cooper and other newer programs. Signs are in use on football, baseball, basketball areas. Approximately 50 signs may be needed of various sizes. Ed-Gary: COC would need to share in any marketing costs of shared banners. 90% are “exclusive” to St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine. Ed asked Bill to create a spreadsheet of details related to each school, number of signs needed, and sizes so that Gary can explore pricing for signs using available marketing and rehab/SM budgets for this year, and budget planning for 2012.Dominic: working on marketing plan for Hebron/Burlington merger, probably pushed back to October due to construction delay with file moves from imaging center. A TMD marketing plan was created including sending information mailers to dentists and orthodontists with referral pads and brochures. Wendy Lane asked about involvement in the July 4 parade in Edgewood that will focus on diabetes, suggested that she use stress squeeze balls.Gary: brochures being finalized with new pictures recently completed (sports medicine; rehabilitation services). A TMD letter has been comprised for referrals sources, and a panel card for the office. An ImPACT tri-fold is being created (assisted by Tracy Coffman). Will source thank you card cost information and circulate. To create description letter for ImPACT.Ed- canceled July 7 meeting; next meeting will be Thursday, August 4 at 11:00 AM.
