Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager plans and manages every aspect of any assigned project, including all resource management – personnel, budgetary and programmatic. Plans, defines, and directs projects tasks assigned to other project members. Determines specific project needs including staff training, staff evaluation, project management tools – evaluative, timeline tools, and other resources required for achieving project goals.
Addresses policy development and evaluation; internal quality control; reviews policy regarding maintenance of records, funds, and property; organization admission and orientation procedures; and policy review regarding compliance with federal state, and local legal requirements. Senior Project Manager reports directly to a company Partner.
Education: BA/BS
Experience: Minimum of 20 years in the areas of organizational and/or program management
Subject Matter Expert – Organizational Health Management
Plans, organizes, and manages health-related organizational management tasks assigned by the Senior Project Manager. Plans, organizes, and manages safety-related organizational management tasks assigned by the Senior Project Manager. Will assist the Senior Project Manager in the area of policy review and management policy guidance in identifying and/or defining safety-related programs/processes, administrative structures, issues, impediments, attributes, and other matters that may impact upon overall management of an organization. Provides all project administrative support including preparation of project-related reports and/or other. administrative instruments in support of a project.
