The following list of resources by county contains providers who deliver or arrange for delivery of some specialty care for adults on a sliding fee scale or reduced charge basis. Starred items (*) indicate organizations that screen & refer to direct service providers.

Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) contract with specialists and these specialties can change. Call to find out the current specialties available.

Patients should call the provider first to request the specialty service, set up an appointment date and get information on what documentation is needed to prove the need for a sliding fee.
