Dear Instructor Candidate:
The CPR Instructor class is scheduled for May 31st 2018 at the Camden First Assembly. The class will start at 9 am. Please be on time!
Before instructor class:
1. Be accepted by an AHA TC before taking the class. (Don’t worry about this, I have you covered)
2. Have current provider status. I need to know if you have a current Healthcare Provider (BLS) CPR card or a Heartsaver CPR AED card. I need a copy of your card. It must be up to date to take this class.
3. Have completed an Instructor Candidate Application (I will email to you)
4. Complete the background form that I will be emailing to you. You will not have to pay for this background check. Fill out and sign the form and bring it with you to class.
6. Complete the online BLS Essentials before class

c. Go down to Training and Education click on BLS Instructor Essentials
It will cost you $30.00. You will pay for this online when you registry for the BLS Essentials course.
Please print off the certificate and bring with you to class
7. Cost of the BLS Instructor in classroom $200.00
