Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider Course 2020Purpose and Intended AudienceTo enable physicians, nurses, and paramedic personnel to apply the current concepts in adult emergency cardiac care as defined by the American Heart Association (AHA).Objectives/Learner OutcomesUpon completion of the course, the participant will have:Demonstrated proficiency in providing BLS care, including prioritizing chest compressions and integrating automated external defibrillator (AED) use.Recognized and managed respiratory and/or cardiac arrest until termination of resuscitation or transfer of care, including immediate post-cardiac arrest care.Recognized and initiated early management of Acute Coronary Syndrome and Acute Stroke.Demonstrated effective communication as a member or leader of a resuscitation pleted the written exam with a score of 84% or higher.Pre-requisitesSuccessful completion of the Pre-assessment with 70% or higher.
