Written testimony is made available to the public and the Review Board on the SHPD website. Members of the public wishing to provide oral testimony must sign up at the beginning of the meeting per agenda item. All oral testimony will be limited to 5 minutes per agenda item. Individuals requiring special accommodations (i.e. large print materials, sign language interpreters) at the HHRB meeting are asked to contact the State Historic Preservation Division at (808) 692-8015 at least three days in advance of the meeting. The Hawai’i Historic Places Review Board may go into Executive Session pursuant to Section 92-5(a) (4), Hawai’i Revised Statutes, in order to consult with its attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Board’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities. Hawaii Historic Places Review Board minutes and agendas are available on the SHPD website. Final agendas for the meeting are available six days prior to the meeting.
