We will provide you with an up-to-date, legally compliant, state-specific employee handbook for your company. In order to provide you with a customized handbook, we ask that you fill out the following questionnaire. It will provide us with guidance in order to tailor the handbook to your specific needs. Once the questionnaire is completed, please return it with a copy of your current employee handbook in word processor format (e.g., not .pdf) along with any other policies or procedures you may wish to include in the new handbook.
