Building Fund Donation (per family) $270 per annum/$90 per statement periodTuition Fees (per student)Tuition Fees are to be paid in line with the 2019 Payment Agreement, which will be available on the Parent Portal from 10 December 2018 until 14 January 2019. If the Portal cannot be accessed or a family wishes to alter arrangements, they must contact the College Finance office. If no action is taken, families will be deemed to be making payment via three equal instalments in Terms 1, 2 and 3. All accounts must be settled by 6 September 2019.Term 1 fees due 8 February 2019Term 2 fees due 10 May 2019Term 3 fees due 8 August 2019Curriculum Levy (per student) The Curriculum levy is used to cover whole school or whole year level activities. Payments calculated and shown on the Portal include the Curriculum Levy.Building Fund Donation (per family)An annual Building Fund Donation is requested by each family. This voluntary donation will help support new building projects, hasten the redevelopment of existing buildings, and assist in the maintenance of existing buildings. The donation is fully tax deductible. Discounts Available on Tuition FeesFamilies with more than one child attending Thomas More College receive discounts on Tuition Fees of 20% for the second child, 35% for the third child and 90% for any additional children.On application, families that are eligible for School Card will receive certain discounts on Tuition Fees. Thomas More College will apply a tiered discount structure to families eligible for School Card, with discounts ranging from 10% to 50%, depending on income levels. If you feel you may qualify for such a discount, please contact the College Finance Office. Please note that proof of income will be required by the College before the application of any discount.A 3% Sibling discount will apply on Tuition Fees to all (non-school card) families that have a child attending a Catholic Primary School. To qualify for the Family Discount, the families must have the same enrolling parents.If additional financial assistance is required, please contact the College Finance Office.Family discounts are automatically included in the payment calculations shown. You must apply for School Card discount in 2019 and every subsequent year.Payment Options Available The College provides families with a variety of methods for ease of payment. These include:Direct debit from your bank account or credit card Direct DepositCentrepayBpayCash/Cheque/EFTPOS Parents are asked to establish their own payment plan agreements via the Parent Portal. Families are required to select a payment plan and method of payment from the available options. The College has a preference that families use this Portal to manage their Fee arrangements, and that they select either direct debit from Savings/Cheque account or credit card option as their payment method.
