~ Summer Interns Austin Brooks and Melissa Brabon, seniors at Asberry College, KY, are on staff assisting with summer youth activities including VBS June 9-13 with over 600 attending; Kidzone Music Camp June 23-25; Backyard Bible Clubs June 30-July 2 at three locations in Bardstown: and the "Fantastic Friday" summer activities for grades 6-8. 

~ Fourteen youth and 6 adults returned June 28, from MissionFuge in Ecuador. 

~ Fifty-one youth plus chaperons will be leaving July 7 for Centri-Fuge in Arkansas. 

~ Nine ladies traveled to Lynch, KY June 9-13.

~ VBS is being held at the Baptist Fellowship Center in Louisville for children ages 5-12. 

~ Worship choir’s "Patriotic Celebration" will be presented at both morning services July 6.

Church welcomes Carolyn Collins as Children's Minister. Carolyn's first week began with VBS. Workers and children totaled 133. On average, 55 children were present each day. Praise God!

Youth ministry will host a welcome-back-to-school Christian Concert, Wed., Aug. 13,

6:30 - 8:30pm. Local band “OneWay” will be playing and presenting a strong evangelistic appeal.  NBA churches are invited to bring their youth groups to this event with this challenge: each youth group member should bring a lost friend with them to hear the gospel.

Please return baby bottles used for

the “Baby Bottle Campaign”.

A lot of money was used to replace bottles that were not returned last year. Bottles may be returned to the NBA or New Life Center.

A prayer-walk and delivery of supplies will be held at the Mt. Washington campus Sunday, July 27 at 3:00pm. School supplies may be brought to the NBA office.
