Help! Our class needs more books! 3933825-330834I first created this Trends and Movements in Young Adult Literature class last spring. I taught only one section because Apex Friendship only offered the class in the spring and only created it in the middle of the school year as a choice for spring semester. Because of that, my class was small. Now that students know about the class and want to take it, I have two large sections this year! I love this, but I am worried I do not have enough books. I was only allowed to order five copies of each title we read, so I do not have nearly enough to use for two classes. I am doing book clubs for each unit, so that helps with numbers. However, if you feel inclined to send a few extra books my way, I would be forever grateful! The nice thing about all of these books is that they are “good” books that teens actually enjoy reading! I try to have these same titles on my shelf for my regular English classes to read and enjoy during their Free Reading time. Some families have given me Amazon or Barnes N Noble gift cards for me to order ones I need...I’m always happy to do that as well. Thank you!I appreciate your support!Tracey Wooten (twooten2@)Please consider donating from the list below.
