"for which either an ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa Platinum credit card or both an ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum American Express? credit card and an ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa Platinum credit card have been issued to a client of the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, declared to be current by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited at the time of any event, injury, loss or damage which would allow You to claim under this policy. It does not include an additional or supplementary cardholder.

7.The definition of "Cardholder" is amended by the following text at the end of the definition:

"for which either an ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa Platinum credit card or both an ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum American Express credit card and an ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa Platinum credit card have been issued by ANZ"

8.The definition of "You, Your" is amended by replacing the word "card" with "account".

In the section "Transport Accident Cover":

9.The definition of "Platinum Cardholder" is amended by replacing the words "Eligible Platinum Credit Card" with "Eligible Platinum Credit Card(s)".

10.T he definition of "Eligible Platinum Credit Card" is amended to read as follows:

"Eligible Platinum Credit Card" ? means a current and valid ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum credit card account for which either an ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa Platinum credit card or both an ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum American Express credit card and an ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa Platinum credit card have been issued for Eligible Platinum Credit Card Accounts. This does not include any non-Platinum ANZ Frequent Flyer or ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold Cardholders which do not qualify for this Cover."

11. The third paragraph under the heading "Dispute Resolution" is amended to read as follows:

"If You are still unhappy, You may take Your complaint, at no cost to You, to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). This is an external dispute resolution panel, which can make decisions binding on AIG Australia.

Further information about the Financial Ombudsman Service is available on request."

In the section "Important Information about the covers provided by Zurich":

12.T he fourth paragraph under the heading "Complaints and Dispute resolution process" is amended to read as follows:

Notification of changes to ANZ Credit Cards Conditions of Use Effective 30 days following the date shown on the enclosed letter, or immediately should you wish to elect to waive your right to 30 days' notice by activating your new ANZ Frequent Flyer American Express? card, the ANZ Credit Cards Conditions of Use are amended as follows:

In Part A (The ANZ Credit Card Contract):

1.The definition of "credit card" is amended to read as follows:

`credit card' means a credit card issued by ANZ to you for use on:

>your Visa (ANZ First, ANZ Balance Visa and ANZ Rewards Visa), MasterCard (ANZ Low Rate MasterCard, ANZ Free Days MasterCard and ANZ Low Interest MasterCard), Gold (ANZ Gold, ANZ Rewards Visa Gold and ANZ Gold MasterCard) credit card account; or

>any credit card account for which ANZ issues both an American Express credit card and a Visa credit card (ANZ Frequent Flyer, ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold and ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum); or

>any other credit card account which ANZ may advise, from time to time, as being subject to these Conditions of Use;"

2.In Clause 2(a) of Clause 2 (The Credit Limit) the following text is inserted after the words "Letter of Offer" at the end of the first sentence:

"and is for the credit card account. If ANZ issues more than one credit card for use on your credit card account no separate limit applies for each credit card"

3.In Clause 4 (Allowing use by others) paragraph (d) is amended to read as follows:

"(d) An account holder can cancel an additional card(s) by calling ANZ or visiting any ANZ branch. ANZ will only cancel the additional card(s) when the account holder

has returned it to ANZ or has taken all reasonable steps to return it to ANZ. If the additional card is an American Express credit card or a Visa credit card issued for use with an account where both these cards have been issued, both the American Express credit card and Visa credit card must be returned to ANZ."

4.In Clause 7 (Using your credit card outside Australia) the following text is inserted before the last paragraph:

"American Express (c)All charges and purchases will be converted into

Australian dollars. Transactions in:

(i) United States dollars will be converted into Australian dollars; and

(ii) o ther currencies will first be converted into United States dollars and then converted to Australian dollars.

The conversion rate used is an interbank rate, selected by American Express from customary banking sources on the business day prior to the day on which the transaction is processed by American Express, which rate may differ from the rate in effect on the date of the transaction."

5.In Clause 8(a)(i) the words "(subject to Clause 8(d))" are inserted after the word "PIN" in the first sentence.

6.In Clause 8 (Transactions on the credit card account) a new paragraph (d) is inserted as follows:

"(d) A PIN is not allocated for, or able to be used with, ANZ Frequent Flyer American Express?, ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold American Express or ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum American Express credit cards.

7.In Clause 9(a) of Clause 9 (Cash advances) the word "You" at the beginning of the paragraph is replaced with "Subject to Clause 9(d), you"

8.In Clause 9 (Cash advances) a new paragraph (d) is inserted as follows:

"(d) You cannot obtain a cash advance at an ATM or branch using your ANZ Frequent Flyer American Express, ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold American Express or ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum American Express and Clauses 9(a) to (c) do not apply to those credit cards."

9. In Clause 20 the title is amended by inserting the following text after the words "card accounts":

"and for credit card accounts for which ANZ issues both an American Express credit card and a Visa credit card"

10.In Clause 31(b) of Clause 31 (Cancellation by you) the following text is inserted at the end of the paragraph:

"If the credit card account is one for which both an American Express credit card and a Visa credit card has been issued for use, cancelling one card will result in the automatic cancellation of the other. Both the American Express credit card and Visa credit card must be returned to ANZ."

11.In Clause 42(c)(ii) of Clause 42 (Notice) the word "the" is deleted.

12.In Clause 45 (Chip) the words "(if any)" are inserted after the word "chip" in the first sentence of each of paragraphs 45(a) and 45(b).

In Part B (Electronic Banking Conditions of Use):

13.T he word "ANZ" in the first sentence under "(b) Obtaining International Services" is deleted.

14.T he word "ANZ" is inserted after the word "through" in the second sentence under "(b) Obtaining International Services".

15.T he words "ANZ Pay Anyone" in the first sentence of the eighth paragraph under the heading "Access levels for ANZ Phone Banking, ANZ Internet Banking and ANZ Mobile Phone Banking" are replaced with "Pay Anyone".

16.T he words "where applicable" are inserted after "microchip" in the last sentence under the heading "Card Validity".

17.T he words "where applicable" are inserted after "microchip" in the first paragraph under the heading "Lost or stolen cards, Password, PIN or Telecode".

18.T he words "where applicable" are inserted after "microchip" in the third paragraph under the heading "Cancellation of Cards or Electronic Access".

Notification of changes to ANZ Personal Banking General Fees and Charges Effective immediately by activating your new ANZ Frequent Flyer American Express card, the ANZ Personal Banking General Fees and Charges are amended as follows:

1.The text following "Overseas Transaction Fee" under the heading "Credit Cards" is deleted and replaced with the following text:

"Overseas Transaction Fee ? Visa and MasterCard transactions

ANZ will charge 3% of the value of any foreign or Australian currency transaction charged to ANZ Visa,

ANZ MasterCard or ANZ Visa PAYCARD credit card where the merchant or financial institution accepting the card is located outside of Australia.

For an overseas ATM transaction the Overseas Transaction Fee is calculated on the value of the transaction and any ATM operator fee that you accept when you proceed with the transaction at the ATM.

Overseas Transaction Fee ? American Express American Express will charge 1.5% of the value of any

foreign or Australian currency transaction charged to your ANZ American Express credit card where the merchant or financial institution accepting the card is located outside of Australia.

ANZ will charge 1.5% of the value of any foreign or Australian currency transaction charged to your ANZ American Express credit card where the merchant or financial institution accepting the card is located outside of Australia.

Please note that the ANZ and American Express Overseas Transaction fees will be combined for each transaction and displayed as one fee on the statement. A charge that is made in a foreign currency other than US Dollars will, when the conversion is done by American Express, be converted into US Dollars before being converted into your billing currency."

4. T he word "internal" in paragraph 5 under the heading "Access to Your information" is replaced with "Internal".

5. T he word "card" in Clause 5 under the heading "General Policy Conditions" is replaced with "account".
