It is recommended to use Amex Corporate card for payment, however in case you do not have a corporate card you can use your personal card. These expenses can be claimed in MyTE under expense—Taxi, Limo & Other Travel. You can specify the details and attach the bills if you have them. In case you do not have the bills, you still can claim. You just need to specify the exact amount spent. Also ensure you attach the TRF for the Air/Rail booking initiated in the e-travel tool; alternatively, you can just specify the TRF Number.Q3.?????? I do not hold an Amex Corporate card, what do I need to do to get one?Ans ???? Please refer to Annexure 1 “Corporate Card Program” in e-travel tool under Tools.Q4.?????? How do I know what amount would be charged?Ans ???? e-travel has been enhanced with an inbuilt calculator, while raising the request you will require filling in tentative usage and you will be prompted with a tentative amount, it will also provide you with extra rates. Invoices will be sent to your e-mail ID automatically once the trip sheets are closed. In any case if you don’t get the invoice, you can request a copy from respective car desk.Q8.?????? In case of any query / dispute who do I contact?Ans ???? You may write to the respective car desk.Q9. ?????? Can the transaction be disputed with the bank or do I have to route the dispute through the car desk?Ans ???? All disputes must be routed through the car desk.Q10.?????? For Bangalore & Hyderabad Airport pick-up / drop do I still need to use Meru / Easy Cab or any other agency?Ans ???? You can book these services through our servicing desk and now the bookings can be done through e-travel tool, however if you wish to use the service of radio taxi and is working out cost effective you may do so.Quick guide to raise an e-travel requestPlease note, you can create individual requests for- Flight/ Car/ Accommodation/ Forex/ Visa/ Train.Please note, if you are raising individual requests i.e. for eg. Flight, then you have to do “Save & Preview” after filling the travel date and time. So on for other mode of requests as well.Incase if you are raising a request only for flight (accommodation not required) in this case the tool will prompt for accommodation and you will get a pop-up, please click on “OK” and in the next page check the radio button “no accommodation required” and then do “save & preview” and submit the request (This is only- If you do not need accommodation).If your request is submitted successfully it should be available to view in your “pending” section. If you don’t see your request in “pending” section then please check in your drafts. If you wish to submit a request which is in your draft section, please open the request and the do “Save & Preview” and submit the request.Group Travel- If you are raising a request for a group which includes contractors/clients (non-Accenture personnel), please mention your enterprise ID and employee number but let the “Traveller Name” be as exactly the travellers name.When you are raising a car request- if you select a car category which is higher than your entitlement you will get a warning message. You may change the car category according to your eligibility or you may continue to raise a request with your choice of category by ignoring the warning message. Travel desk will process the request post your Senior Manager or Managing Director approves the request on the tool.You will be receiving an auto-mailer for car booking confirmation as below, Click on the link American Express or Master/ Visa to key in the credit card details. Once a valid credit card is entered & on successful validation you will receive the car booking confirmation automatically. In case if you don’t receive the car booking confirmation please call the resepective car agency {refer sample below}.Flight Booking pageCar booking pageAccommodation booking PageFinal Tour previewUpon clicking on submit button, you will be getting the below screen of online & offline option.Selecting “Online” option will direct you to OBT tool where you must complete the flight bookings by choosing the flights. Data from etravel will be auto populated i.e. from & to, travel dates…Selecting “Offline” option will mean, you must call travel desk once the request is approved with the Travel request number for issuance of the tickets.Requests with online option will be available in “Online Pending” section, click on go online to complete the flight bookings.Note:Online option is available for request raised with “Self” as option. Requests raised using certain restricted WBS will not have Online option. Employee must call Travel desk for issuance of flight tickets once the request is approved.In case of re-issuance of the exiting tickets, you my please call travel desk. ................
