Helping You Turn Over a New Retirement Leaf

The Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Program (WDC) provides a wide range of investment options intended to help you meet your retirement goals. The options are divided into three paths with an additional self-directed brokerage account offering.

Three paths of investing

Path 1: WDC core funds ? Create your own portfolio ? Range of investment options including:

-- Passively managed index funds, -- actively managed mutual funds and CITs, -- global or domestic funds, and -- fixed-income or equity options.

For a full list of the WDC core funds, please see the reverse side of this flier.

Path 2: Pre-mixed target date funds ? A straightforward approach to investing ? Funds that are:

-- Diversified across asset classes and investment styles,

-- automatically rebalanced each month, and -- adjusted to a more conservative risk level as the

fund nears the target retirement date.

Use the table below to select one of the pre-mixed target date funds based on your target retirement date (the date you will turn 65). You should also consider your risk tolerance when selecting an investment.

The date in a target date fund's name is the approximate date when investors are expected to start withdrawing their money (generally assumed to be at age 65). Please keep in mind that the principal value of the fund(s) is not guaranteed at any time, including at the target date.

You could lose money by investing in a money market fund. Although the fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1 per share, it cannot guarantee it will do so. An investment in the fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. The fund's sponsor has no legal obligation to provide financial support to the fund, and you should not expect that the sponsor will provide financial support to the fund at any time.

Carefully consider the investment option's objectives, risks, fees and expenses. Contact us for a prospectus, summary prospectus or disclosure document containing this information. Read each carefully before investing.

How to Enroll and/or Make Changes Visit or call (877) 457-WDCP (9327).

A benchmark index is not actively managed, does not have a defined investment objective, and does not incur fees or expenses. Therefore, performance of a fund will generally be less than its benchmark index. You cannot invest directly in a benchmark index.

Foreign investments involve special risks, including currency fluctuations, taxation differences and political developments.

A collective trust fund is not a mutual fund and is exempt from SEC registration. Designed for and exclusively sold to qualified retirement plans and their participants, collective trust funds are not available to individual retail investors.

Equity securities of small and mid-sized companies may be more volatile than securities of larger, more established companies.

S&P 500 Index and S&P MidCap 400 Index are registered trademarks of Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC and are unmanaged indexes considered indicative of the domestic Large-Cap equity market and the domestic Mid-Cap equity market respectively.

A bond fund's yield, share price and total return change daily and are based on changes in interest rates, market conditions, economic and political news, and the quality and maturity of its investments. In general, bond prices fall when interest rates rise and vice versa.

A stable value fund is not federally guaranteed and may lose value. It has interest rate, inflation and credit risks associated with the underlying assets owned by the fund. A guaranteed separate account stable value fund is offered through an insurance company group annuity contract or funding agreement. The strength of the guarantee is dependent on the financial strength of the insurance company issuing the contracts. Transfers from the Stable Value Fund to the FDIC Bank Option, the money market fund, or Federated U.S. Government Securities Fund require a 90-day equity wash. An equity wash means that assets must first be transferred to a noncompeting option (any other option in the WDC lineup besides the three listed previously) for 90 days before transferring the money to the competing fund. The stable value option invests in a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities managed by Galliard. GWFS Equities, Inc. is not affiliated with Galliard.

Plan funds invested in the FDIC Bank Option are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, up to $250,000 per participant. Certificates of deposit offer a fixed rate of return, whereas both the principal and yield of bonds and stocks will fluctuate with market conditions. Transfer requests received on business days prior to close of the New York Stock Exchange (4:00 p.m. Eastern time or earlier on some holidays or other special circumstances) will be initiated at the close of business the same day the request was received. The actual effective date of your transaction may vary depending on the investment option selected.
