Stud dog contract - Stoverly Aussies

Nothing from this breeding will in any way be involved in the advancement of the Miniature American Shepherd. Not to be sold to anyone who is also involved with Miniature American Shepherds. No puppy from this litter shall be bred to a dog registered as a Miniature American Shepherd. A penalty of $5000 will be awarded to stud dog owner if this part of the contract is breached. ................
