Secondary outcomes included number of SLE criteria met and oral medications. Results: 26 of 46 DLE-only patients passed initial screening. Nine had positive ANA titers (ANA+), including one who developed SLE four years after DLE diagnosis. 17 had negative ANA titers (ANA-) initially, including two who became ANA+ at year 3 and 5, respectively. ................
