Split Soil sampling by both Solutia and the City of Anniston was conducted on the Miller property and capped. The data showed that there was less than 10 ppm confirmed PCBs in that area. The South Soil Staging Area is complete. There is some concern over one of the water wells having at least a 5ft separation between the ground and water. ................
