The golf course has not looked better than it does now. The cooler weather and the liquid sunshine really helps out with making the course look so good. But the thing that helps the most is the new person that is really working to keep the course looking really great, thank you Elwin our new operation manager. He has been doing some changes that have really helped out, one big challenge was redoing the watering schedule. Making sure not to many valves were running at once and also reducing the running time. Also getting the fertilizer down when it needs to be and the required amount following by the fungicide application for all the greens. Keep up the good work Elwin.Property- Property ReportGood morning. This is Kim Roueche. I have a home in High Valley 8 and was recently approved to be on the Board of a trustees as the Property Trustee. Most of you may recall that I previously served on the property committee. The property committee concluded it’s term in May of this year and we have not as yet had a call for new members to the committee due to the uncertainly for High Valley to enforce the covenants, conditions and restrictions. The primary function of the committee was to followed up on concerns or complaints that were filed on properties that members felt were out of compliance. At the end of May, when the committee convened their last meeting, there were 8 open cases on record. Those cases remain on hold at this time. Since becoming the property trustee, I do not believe we have received any new complaints.Pool – Pools remain closed by vote of the boardClubhouse – Clubhouse is closed. There won’t be a Christmas event this year.Old Business –Executive Session – Employee issueAccounts Receivable IssueNew Business – Member CommentsAdjourned: ................
