Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund should you wish to withdraw from an event. You may however transfer your event registration to another person as outlined below. TRANSFERS & REGISTRATION CHANGESYou may transfer your event registration to another person up until 4 weeks prior to the event. No transfers or changes can be made within 4 weeks of the event start date. Any changes/transfers need to be submitted by email Any change/transfer needs to clearly state the name of the person who is withdrawing and the name of the replacement. A manual registration form must be completed and submitted for the replacement person. An additional administration charge of $20 per change, transfer is payable. All changes need to be advised to?emere@tihi.co.nz REGISTRATION MERCHANDISENo registration merchandise (e.g. t-shirt, cap) will be sent to registered people who do not show up for the event.
