Basic Eligibility Requirements: Unless otherwise stated above, to be eligible for any of the above programs you must meet the following requirements: be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen, be enrolled at least half-time in a degree program, and in good academic standing. In addition, you must demonstrate “need” under the applicable federal or state formula. Applications must be complete, accurate, and submitted by the applicable deadline.
