ONLINE PAYMENTS FOR

FOOD SERVICE

As a convenience to parents, Green Bay Area Public School District Food Service Department now provides parents an easy way to add money to their child's food service account. Online payments can be made through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal you currently use. We have contracted with Vanco, a national credit card payment processor, to provide a secure site for making payments.

Online Payments Are Easy And Convenient!

Parents can make online payments from home or work, 24/7. If your child's food service balance is low it only takes a few minutes to add money or make a payment using VISA, Discover or MasterCard credit or debit card. Payments are made through the Infinite Campus Portal. All students/family members in the household can be accessed from the parent account only.

To make Online Payments:

o Visit our district website o Click on the "Infinite Campus" tab o Log in on your parent account and navigate to Payments o Use your MasterCard, VISA, or Discover ? card number & expiration date required

Payments made will be posted immediately to the student's food service account. $1.95 Convenience Fee applies for each transaction.

Infinite Campus Parent Portal Meal Payment Instructions

1. Click on the Payments Link 2. Click in the Payments box for the student

you want to add money to 3. Enter the amount you would like to add ?

You will notice the Total auto-populates the complete amount for the transaction 4. Click Continue

5. Billing Information will populate 6. Select payment type

7. Register a payment method if none have been entered

8. Enter Payment Information

9. Click Continue

10. You will be asked to Confirm payment

choice and payment type

11. Enter the email address for the receipt in the Receipt Email Address field

12. Click Make Payments to process payment 13. Payment will be processed. You can view

and print the receipt here too. 14. If an email address was entered for the

receipt, it will look similar to the one populated. 15. Logout
