Tour extension to 36 months allowed, with prior approval of selecting official.TOUR START DATE: 1 May 2021WHO MAY APPLY: Alabama National Guard Members in the rank of MajorDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The 167th TSC LNO supports Phase 0 planning activities, providing expertise and leveraging the TSC’s capabilities to support OPLANs for USARSOUTH AOR. Serves as the TSC representative to USARSOUTH Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WG) construct for coordination and synchronization of efforts. Participates in exercise and MESL development to ensure theater logistics are exercised and subordinate staffs execute METL tasks at appropriate level. Provides updated guidance and planning priorities to 167th TSC Command Group as required. Serves as escort officer for official visits for AL ARNG personnel to USARSOUTH and escorts official parties from USARSOUTH to 167th TSC, as required.
