The Life Sciences degree in Pre-Nursing prepares students to transfer to a four-year program at a baccalaureate institution. Upon completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduates choose from first level professional nursing staff positions in specializations which include community health, geriatrics, maternity, mental health, pediatrics, psychiatry, and surgery.

1. Associate in Science Degree: Total of 21-23 units with a grade of C or higher (see below) + General Education courses and other requirements*

Major Requirements: BIOL 240, 250, 260; CHEM 210-220 or 410-420.
