Tabs located across the bottom of the linked document navigate to each standard. The final column for each Element is titled ‘Notes.’ In the ‘Notes’ section, place the self-rating for each element. Additional notes are required ONLY for the standard(s) and element(s) which are the basis for your professional growth goal(s). Make a copy and save your completed reflection.Part A Step 2: Below, reflect on the strengths and areas for improvement revealed during Step 1. The Area(s) for Improvement reflection along with additional relevant data sources will be the focus for the Professional Growth Goal.Reflection on Strength(s) Reflection on Area(s) for ImprovementFocus of Professional Growth Goal Part B: Professional Growth Goal and Action PlanPrincipals and Assistant Principals complete the professional growth goal annually. Each Principal/Assistant Principal will set no more than two (2) goal(s) that are realistic, focused, measurable, and explicitly connected to the Reflection on Area(s) for Improvement from Part A. The Professional Growth Goal(s) must include both the current measure and the measurable goal. A measurable goal means that you identify exactly what it is you will see when you reach your goal. It means breaking your goal down into measurable elements. You will need concrete evidence. A minimum of one Working Conditions Goal will be developed in collaboration with the supervisor. Progress toward meeting the Working Conditions Goal will be discussed throughout the evaluation cycle.
