Pacific Energy Solutions (PES) offers un-presidented experience with cold storage, food grade, and industrial lighting, having been one of the first to design and install T5 lighting to managing several of the largest T5 lighting projects in the US.
PES specializes in design, product distribution, and project management of commercial and industrial lighting projects. PES provides services throughout North America specializing in large multiple site projects. Unlike most lighting suppliers that seek the simple solution, PES implements cutting edge lighting design for every project to provide maximum energy reduction while meeting or increasing industry lighting standards. In addition, PES supplies offsite project management for all projects using our design and products.
PES can handle your T5 cold storage lighting needs throughout North America, as we can provide lighting placement, design, product supply and project management for all of your facility’s.
PES is the Preffered supplier for Boeing, Anheuser Busch Distribution, and DHL national facility’s. As we provide the above defined services to their facility’s.
Proposed Pricing for Atlas Cold Storage
Fixture pricing includes:
Lighting design: PES will provide telecommunication support to each facility regarding fixture placement and lighting design. Most of your facility’s are not complex, however they may have several different climates (freezer, loading docks, refrigeration, ect.) each requiring a slightly different level of fixture insulation to achieve maximum performance. In addition, loading docks, refrigerated areas, and mostly vacant areas can use occupancy controls on the fixtures for additional energy reduction. We will work with each facility to determine the most effective lighting design. If cad drawings or blue prints are provided, PES will supply cad lighting layouts of the new fixtures to Atlas and it’s electricians.
Lighting audits: PES will work with each facility and provide energy auditing. This will be completed with PES providing audit form to facility staff to fill out, then PES will provide audit results back to Atlas Cold Storage. In most cases these audits are needed for utility incentive/funding programs.
Utility funding assistance: PES will provide support to each facility, provide needed documentation, and help achieve maximum funding where applicable. PES will also assist Atlas in prioritizing lighting projects by identifying utility incentives.
Installation coordination: Pes will off-site installation coordination and support to electricians, We are also available to answer question regarding, wiring methods as it pertains to the fixture provided, as well as define fixture placements.
(Nessesary travel cost are additional)
PES does not provide fixture installation, as each state has different licsensing requirements. However, I would assume that most of your facility’s have electricians, or use outside contract electricians, fixture installation is electrical 101, and most electrical firms can easily handle the installation. If you do not have electricians, PES can help you secure local electrician in your area. PES will also advise and review installation cost to help you keep you installation cost competitive.
