BY-LAWS

CLASSICAL GLASS CORVETTE CLUB

ARTICLE I - AFFILIATIONS

Section I: Club Affiliations

A. Any official sponsors of CGCC shall be determined by a two/third affirmative vote of the membership present at a regular business meeting.

B. Membership in organizations shall be entered into as long as such affiliations are considered to be in the interest of CGCC.

C. SPONSORSHIP LEVELS – Sponsorships are in effect for a period of one year from the effective date of the CGCC/Sponsor Agreement and payment of fees.

1. Bronze Sponsorship: The cost of the Bronze Sponsorship shall be $500.00 per year. CGCC will provide the Sponsor with the following:

a. Sponsor’s logo will be placed on the CGCC Internet web site Sponsor’s page and on the monthly CGCC Newsletter Sponsor’s page.

b. A web link directly from the CGCC Internet web site Sponsor’s page to the Sponsor’s web site (If sponsor maintains a web site)

c. One quarter (1/4) page advertisement in the monthly CGCC Newsletter

2. Silver Sponsorship: The cost of the Silver Sponsorship shall be $750.00 per year. CGCC will provide the Sponsor with the following:

a. Sponsor’s logo will be placed on the CGCC Internet web site Sponsor’s page and on the monthly CGCC Newsletter Sponsor’s page.

b. A web link directly from the CGCC Internet web site Sponsor’s page to the Sponsor’s web site (If sponsor maintains a web site)

c. One half (1/2) page advertisement in the monthly CGCC Newsletter

3. Gold Sponsorship: The cost of the Gold Sponsorship shall be $1000.00 per year. CGCC will provide the Sponsor with the following:

a. Sponsor’s logo will be placed on the CGCC Internet web site Sponsor’s page and on the monthly CGCC Newsletter Sponsor’s page.

b. A web link directly from the CGCC Internet web site home page to the Sponsor’s web site (If sponsor maintains a web site)

c. One full page advertisement in the monthly CGCC Newsletter

d. CGCC Group picture displaying Sponsor’s logo as a club sponsor

e. Sponsor’s name displayed as a Gold Sponsor on the club banner

f. A one-time annual event held at the Sponsor’s business (or location to be designated by Sponsor) with a minimum attendance of 15 to 20 CGCC member Corvette cars

Section II: NWACC

A. CGCC shall belong to the Northwest Association of Corvette Clubs (NWACC) unless voted upon and receiving a two/third nay vote of the membership.

B. Representatives for NWACC shall be elected in September/October, attend the November NWACC meeting and assume responsibilities on February 1. The two representatives and one alternate shall serve one year and be determined by popular vote at the monthly business meeting. The two nominees who receive the most votes will be the two representatives; the nominee receiving the next largest number of votes will be the alternate.

1. At least one representative shall:

a. Attend each NWACC meeting and report all business at the next CGCC monthly business meeting.

b. Attend all Board of Directors meetings.

c. Be responsible for all NWACC event and rules information.

2. The representatives shall be responsible for selecting an NWACC Competition Committee member as required by NWACC procedures.

3. When CGCC is sponsoring an NWACC event, at the earliest possible date, a committee shall be formed to handle all requirements for the event. This shall be done in a timely manner.

4. At each general meeting all present members shall be informed of any progress the committee has made.

ARTICLE II - MEETINGS

A. A regular business meeting will be held once a month. Time, date and place will be announced by the President.

B. A Board of Directors meeting will be held prior to that month's regular business meeting. Time, date and place will be announced by the President.

ARTICLE III - MEMBERSHIP

Section I: Regular Membership

A. Requirements for regular membership shall be:

1. Must be 21 years of age. A waiver may be granted by a two/third affirmative vote of the members present at a regular business meeting.

2. Must own a Corvette.

3. Must submit a completed membership application along with a $20.00 non-refundable initiation fee to the Membership Committee person. This fee applies for single or married applicants. This must be done within 30 days of receipt of application to be considered for membership.

4. Must attend two business meetings and two events within six months of receipt of application. Following these requirements an applicant is eligible for membership.

5. At the time of membership application, prospective member shall provide proof of insurance that meets the Washington State Responsibility Insurance Act and a valid operator's license.

6. As a condition of membership, the applicant agrees to advise CGCC if a lapse or cancellation of insurance occurs or a loss of driving privileges. If in the event of either of the above, the membership can be terminated.

7. The applicant(s) may have a sponsor who is a current member in good standing.

8. The applicant(s) is considered a member of CGCC, and upon payment of dues (and only then) is eligible to purchase emblems.

9. The meeting and event requirements (ARTICLE III, Section I, Item A4) must be recorded by the Membership Committee chairperson or committee representative. It is the responsibility of the prospective member to have the meetings and events recorded.

B. Regular memberships are based on family units. The family unit can consist of a single member or a member with spouse (or significant other).

Section II: Lifetime Members

A. Requirements for lifetime membership shall be:

1. Member must have maintained continual membership in CGCC for a minimum of 25 years.

2. Member must have owned a Corvette for a minimum of 25 years

3. Must be a member in good standing with CGCC.

B. Members shall receive a Lifetime Membership, free of dues, for as long as member meets criteria listed in Article III Section I. Member will receive full privileges of regular membership.

Section IV: Non-Corvette Owners

A. A CGCC member who disposed of his/her Corvette is entitled to regular membership privileges for a period of one year from the time of sale of their Corvette. If they have not purchased another Corvette after a year and have paid dues for the entire year, there will be a refund for the remainder of the year and membership will be

terminated at that time. If they were a member in good standing when they purchased another Corvette, they can be reinstated into CGCC by a majority vote.

B. A member in good standing may request for their spouse/significant other the opportunity to be eligible for membership as part of their family unit. This individual must meet all other requirements of Article III, Section I with the exception of ownership of a Corvette. This will allow for said individual to be considered part of the family as per Article III, Section VIII.

Section V: Honorary Membership and Honorary Life Membership (Approved 14 March 2009)

A. Honorary membership in CGCC shall be restricted to those persons who are held in high esteem by members of CGCC, or who have performed outstanding services to CGCC, or who have been a regular member in CGCC, but presently do not own a Corvette. Honorary membership may be awarded by a two/third affirmative vote of the members present at a regular business meeting. The duration of this membership shall be for the remainder of the fiscal year.

B. An honorary member may become a regular member by satisfying Article III, Section I, Items 1, 2, 5, 6 and 8.

C. Honorary Life Membership in CGCC shall be restricted to those persons who are held in high esteem by members of CGCC, or who have performed outstanding services to CGCC and have previously achieved the level of “Lifetime Member”, per Article III – Membership, Section II, but no longer own a Corvette. Honorary Life Membership may be awarded by a two/third affirmative vote of the members present at a regular business meeting. The duration of this membership shall be for life.

Section VI: Termination of Membership

A. A membership may be terminated by a two/third affirmative vote of CGCC membership present initiated by any member who submits a motion at a regular business meeting. The vote shall be by secret ballot.

B. Membership will be terminated for non-payment of dues as per Section VIII.

Section VII: Resignation

A. A member may resign by directing a letter of resignation to the Board of Directors.

Section VIII: Privileges

A. Member(s) of a regular membership enjoy all privileges in CGCC. They shall include the right to vote, the right to hold office, the right to attend and participate in all business meetings, competitive events, social functions, and promotional, or fund raising activities.

B. Honorary members are entitled to all privileges except; to vote, to hold a Board of Directors position, or receive any discount entitled to a regular member.

C. Lifetime Members shall be entitled to free dues.

Section IX: Dues

A. Dues shall be $60.00 per year (12 months) for regular membership. The general membership may, by a majority vote at the November meeting, set the amount of dues for the following year.

B. Dues are due January 31. A 30-day grace period is allowed.

C. Members that allow their dues to become delinquent will be required to pay an additional late charge of $5.00. This situation shall cover one month, 30 day, period only. After which the delinquent member's name shall be removed from the membership rolls and mailing lists. After March 2, the member must reapply as a prospective member.

D. Members joining CGCC during the first six months of the year (1 January to June 30) will pay the full dues and those joining after June 30th will only pay half of the annual dues.

Section X: Leaves of Absence

A. A CGCC regular member in good standing who moves out of the area may continue membership by either:

1. Paying membership dues yearly and continue to receive the monthly newsletter.

2. Submitting in writing to the Board of Directors a leave of absence from the club. A leave of absence means they do not pay dues, and do not receive the monthly newsletter. Upon returning to the area, the member will be reinstated as a regular member of CGCC without having to go through initial membership requirements, or pay the initiation fee. They must still meet the regular membership requirements as stated in Article III, Section I, Item 1, 2, 5 and 8.

ARTICLE IV – OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSONS

The Board of Directors shall be made up of the four elected officers and all the Committee Chairpersons. The Board of Directors will meet monthly prior to the general membership meeting. The Executive Board is made up of the four elected officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer).

Section I: President

A. Oversees and guides CGCC business and appoints pro-tem committee chairpersons.

B. Conduct proper meeting procedures.

C. Preside at all regular general membership and Board of Directors/Executive Board meetings and may call special meetings.

D. Only in cases where their vote would affect the results or where the vote is by ballot, should the President vote.

Section II: Vice President

A. Take the place of the President in his/her absence.

B. To assist the President in any manner delegated.

C. To assist and monitor all committees.

D. To assume the duties of the President if the President shall resign or otherwise be incapacitated to carry out the duties of that office until the President resumes those duties or until a new President can be elected.

E. Shall be the club Parliamentarian.

F. Shall publicly appoint a Sergeant-at-Arms (and assistants as NEEDED) prior to the start of each meeting/event to handle any disruptions in a professional manner. The Sergeant-at -Arms is defined as follows: The Sergeant-at-Arms, while working at a general meeting or event, shall be recognized as the authority in matters concerning order or safety. They shall be empowered to expel any person from the meeting/event and to keep order during the meeting/event. Instructions and request by the Sergeant-at-Arms are to be followed by all members and guests. All Sergeant-at-Arms personnel, while working a meeting/event, shall be responsible to the Vice President who shall in turn be responsible to the President.

G. Shall have the CGCC monetary records reviewed in accordance with Article IV, Section IV, Item C.

H. Shall provide Certificates of Appreciation for the Committee Chairpersons which will be awarded at the annual Christmas Party/Award Banquet.

Section III: Secretary

A. Take minutes at every regular monthly membership, Board of Directors and special meetings.

B. Handle all and any correspondence.

C. Maintain a current book of statutes which consists of all regulatory laws of CGCC. This includes maintaining the master copy of the CGCC By-Laws and CGCC Articles of Incorporation and incorporating all approved changes and revisions. Provide copies of the By Laws and Articles of Incorporation to the membership when requested. Preferred method of distribution is by Internet e-mail attachment and/or by having copies available at a monthly membership meeting.

D. Have custody of all papers belonging to CGCC which are not especially under the charge of any other officer.

E. In the absence of the Secretary, a Secretary pro-tempore shall be chosen by the presiding officer.

F. Shall forward any additions or corrections to the Articles of Incorporation or By-Laws to the State of Washington, as necessary.

Section IV: Treasurer

A. Collection of all money owed CGCC.

B. Paying from the treasury all debts incurred by CGCC.

C. Keep records of all CGCC monetary business. Financial records for the club shall be audited yearly between the October and November general meeting. A committee of three shall be appointed by the club Vice- President consisting of one member of the Board of Directors, and two unrelated members of the general club membership. This committee shall audit the records and submit a report to the general membership at the November meeting as to the condition and accuracy of the monetary records.

D. Have custody of the Corporate Seal.

E. Report on the financial status of CGCC at meetings.

F. Give a complete financial report at the June and November meetings.

G. All contracts, checks, drafts or other orders for payment of money shall be signed in the name of CGCC by the Treasurer or the President.

H. Shall notify the membership through the club newsletter of the annual dues requirements.

I. The club treasury shall pay the annual corporation fee to the State of Washington.

J. Prepare a proposed yearly CGCC budget for the January Board of Directors/Executive Board meeting based on input from Executive Board members and committee chairpersons.

K. Provide annual billing to all CGCC Newsletter business card advertisers in January of each year.

Section V: Sergeant-at-Arms

Incorporated into ARTICLE IV, Section II: Vice President.

Section VI: Historian/Photographer

Shall maintain a scrapbook(s) or electronic files (such as CD’s, DVD’s or Videos) or other current media types which record CGCC events and activities, through photographs, news articles, etc.

Section VII: Membership

A. Shall inform all prospective members of the requirements to be nominated for membership in CGCC through the official information sheet (and attachment to application) and CGCC membership application.

B. Shall keep accurate attendance record of prospective members to meet the requirements to join CGCC.

C. Shall through the official information sheet and club membership application check and verify that each prospective member meets all requirements before they are eligible for membership in CGCC.

D. Shall notify the President whenever a prospective member is eligible for membership in CGCC.

E. Shall forward names and addresses of guests or prospective members to the Newsletter, Club Roster, Secretary and President on a monthly schedule, and notify said officers and committees when a prospective member becomes a member of CGCC.

F. Shall maintain completed applications in file after membership requirements are satisfied and the individual(s) become members.

G. Shall appoint a sponsor, if needed, from the general membership for prospective members.

Section VIII: Newsletter

A. The official CGCC newsletter shall be called "Under Glass."

B. "Under Glass" will be the monthly notification of the regular business, or any other meetings.

C. It shall contain all notices of club events, NWACC functions, or any other information, or articles the committee receives before the newsletter deadline, and believes to be in the best interest of the club.

D. Provide a monthly newsletter article listing any proposed or accepted changes to the Articles of Incorporation or By-Laws.

E. Prospective member's names shall appear in the newsletter following each meeting attended.

F. The chairperson, or appointed committee member, shall be responsible for providing mailing labels for the newsletter and other club mailings.

G. This committee shall work closely with the Membership Committee, Treasurer, and Secretary.

Section IX: Food and Phone

A. At the request of any Board of Directors member this committee shall contact all regular and honorary members by telephone to tally probable attendance at events, food to be furnished at an event or ask any other requested questions.

Section X: Raffle

A. The chairperson shall purchase prizes and conduct a raffle for them at every monthly business meeting.

B. The amount to be spent for prizes for each monthly raffle and the price of the raffle tickets shall be set by the Board of Directors annually.

Section XI: Events and Activities

A. The committee, which may consist of one or more members, may meet once a month to discuss future events or functions.

B. The chairperson shall be responsible for furnishing notices or information of any club events before the newsletter deadline.

Section XII: National Corvette Museum Ambassador (Approved 9 April 2011)

A. This chairperson shall be the CGCC Ambassador for the National Corvette Museum (NCM) located

in Bowling Green, KY.

B. The chairperson will represent the NCM at the monthly CGCC Board of Directors and General

Membership meetings.

C. The chairperson will provide NCM information of interest and available NCM products and services

to the CGCC Membership.

D. The Ambassador shall maintain his/her standing as an Ambassador for the National Corvette

Museum as required by the NCM. If the Ambassador wishes to attend meeting(s) at the NCM it will

be the responsibility of the Ambassador to cover his/her own expenses.

E. CGCC may pay the NCM yearly membership dues for a CGCC member established as the NCM

Ambassador who is not NCM lifetime member, but only as long as he/she is the assigned CGCC

NCM Ambassador.

Section XIII: Parade Committee

A. This committee shall coordinate all aspects of club participation in parades.

B. Arrange for an adequate number of cars including back-up cars.

C. Do advance coordination with parade sponsors, including publicity (ensure club name, city, purpose, etc. are known and correct).

D. Forward all money earned to the club Treasurer.

E. Provide parade announcements for the newsletter in sufficient time with details for participants (include time, place, special requirements, phone numbers, etc.)

F. Accommodate VIP passengers (if requested) at parades.

G. Arrange for an insurance rider through the Clubs insurance provider. (Approved 14 September 2013)

Section XIV: Club Sales

A. Responsible for inventories and recording of sales.

B. All profits to be turned over to the Treasurer monthly.

C. Club sales shall work within the guidelines of Article VI.

D. Working capital to be determined by the members present at the general meeting for any new item(s). Minimum quantities of patches, badges, etc. to be kept based on previous sales.

E. Responsible for all original art work, (camera-ready negatives, casts, etc.), as well as banners. To be released to others only if approved by the Board of Directors and/or membership present at any general or special meeting.

Section XV: Public Relations

A. A minimum of two persons shall represent CGCC for public relations.

B. Shall oversee any special/appointed committee that deals with/or involves public contact, (examples: sponsorship, charity support).

C. Shall establish CGCC/Sponsor Agreements with Sponsors in accordance with Article I, Section I.

Section XVI: Webmaster

A. Responsible for the design and maintenance of CGCC’s website.

B. Ensure that the website is kept current as changes occur and to inform the membership of such changes.

Section XVII: Annual 5 Star Corvette Classic and/or All Car Show Committee. (The 5 Star Event)

(Approved 14 April 2012)

A. The membership shall vote annually to have The 5 Star Event the following year.

The chairperson of this committee shall have overall responsibility for this function and shall select co-chairpersons to assist in the management of The 5 Star Event.

B. The 5 Star Event committee shall coordinate all aspects of The 5 Star Event. The chairperson shall conduct coordination meetings with event committee chairs.

C. The 5 Star Event chairperson is responsible for the selection and coordination of the location(s) for this event and to make the necessary arrangements to reserve the event location(s) and dates, as far in advance as possible.

D. The 5 Star Event chairperson shall obtain concurrence from the Board of Directors (via electronic notification, if necessary) on The 5 Star Event venue and dates before releasing any information to the public.

E. The 5 Star Event chairperson shall ensure that updated information is presented to the

Board of Directors and the membership in a timely manner.

F. The 5-Star Event chairperson shall apply for and obtain an insurance certificate(s) to cover The 5 Star Event through the CGCC representative, who will coordinate with the insurance representative. The application must be submitted a minimum of 30 days before the scheduled event. (Approved 14 September 2013)

G. The 5 Star Event entrants will be required to sign an Insurance Release and Waiver of Liability Form when completing registration for The 5 Star Event.

Section XVIII: Sunshine Committee

A. Flowers may be sent to those members whose hospital stay is expected to last 3 days or more.

B. Shall be responsible for sending Special Occasion Cards and/or flowers as he/she is notified.

C. All thank you correspondence from members shall be forwarded to the secretary for filing.

Section XIX: Christmas Party, Summer Picnic and/or other Gala Events

A. Shall be responsible for scheduling and attaining location for the event.

B. Shall be responsible planning, decorations, program and entertainment arrangements.

C. For the annual Christmas Party, purchase gifts for outgoing officers and also purchase gifts for presentation to the Sponsors. Coordinate purchase of gifts with Vice President & Treasurer using budgeted funds.

D. Shall be responsible to formulate annual budget for the event(s).

E. Ensure that pertinent information is presented to the Board of Directors and Members as appropriate.

Section XX: Club Roster

A. The chairperson shall maintain a CGCC Membership Roster. Database will include all member’s Names & Address, Phone Numbers (home & cell) and e-mail address, Birthdays, Anniversary Date of joining CGCC, type of Corvette(s) and CB Handle (if any).

B. Shall have all new members fill out a form providing their roster data as soon as possible after becoming members.

C. Will accept new and updated roster data from any current member.

D. New member roster data and new or updated current member data will be incorporated into the membership roster and e-mailed to all members providing an e-mail address on a monthly basis. Paper copies of the membership roster will be bought to the monthly meetings for any members who do not have e-mail addresses or cannot obtain copy via internet

E. Work closely with Membership Committee, Newsletter, Treasurer and Secretary.

F. Never release the roster to anyone outside the “club” without the permission of the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE V - NOMINATIONS AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS

A. Nominations for officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) will be made at the July and August regular business meetings. Any nominations for an office must be accepted by that individual for said office prior to nomination.

B. Ballots will be prepared by the Secretary and handed out to each registered club member during the September and October club meetings. Ballots are to be turned back into the Club Secretary before the end of the meeting that night. Each registered club member who receives a ballot will sign off on a ballot receipt form that they have received their ballots.

C. Ballots returned during regular club meetings shall be secured in a sealed container “Ballot Box” that shall go un-opened until the vote count in November.

D. The security of the “Ballot Box” is the responsibility of the current club secretary.

E. Absentee ballots will be mailed out by the club secretary no later than one week after the regularly scheduled club meeting in October to only those club members whom did not attended a regular club meeting in September or October. This is determined by those whom signed for their ballots on the ballot receipt form.

F. Absentee ballots shall be returned to the club in a sealed envelope before the regularly scheduled November board meeting in order for them to be counted in that year’s election of officers.

G. Any ballots received after the regular club meeting shall be discarded as post election submissions.

H. Ballot count shall be secret and not published.

I. Ballots shall be opened and counted one hour prior to the November Board of Directors meeting by a minimum of four Board members. These members' or their spouses' names shall not appear on the ballot.

J. New officers will be announced at the November general meeting and shall be installed at the annual Christmas party.

K. Term of office will be one year.

L. At least two/third of the membership shall vote in the election of officers, and a majority of votes cast shall be received by a candidate in order that he/she be elected.

M. Outstanding CGCC Member of the Year Award

1. The Outstanding CGCC Member of the Year Award in memory of Nelson West is the highest honor bestowed upon a male and a female member of the Classical Glass Corvette Club. Nominees should be inspiration and role models for all CGCC members. We honor two CGCC members (male & female) each year at our December Awards Banquet. Criteria for the Outstanding Member of the Year award nominees should include:

i. Actively promote, sponsor, organize, and supervise Corvette activities.

ii. Sponsor new members into CGCC.

iii. Greet prospective members each month and make them feel comfortable at our meeting or events.

iv. Initiate positive changes in policies/procedures in CGCC.

v. Mentor new members during the summer show season.

vi. Participate in CGCC sponsored events.

vii. Introduce new activities to CGCC members.

2. The above criteria are not meant to be all inclusive, but to be used as an aid when selecting your choices for this coveted award.

ARTICLE VI - OFFICIAL CLUB COLORS, ACCESSORIES AND DISPLAY

A. The official jacket of CGCC shall be a red (baseball type/style) of nylon material with a ribbed collar, cuffs and waistband.

1. A member's name, sewn, screened or name-tag will be over the heart (left side).

2. NWACC patch will be worn on the right side. Top of patch will be parallel with top of the member's name.

3. Other emblem patches and pins, e.g. officer positions, (past or present) Autocross team, rally team, auto designations, NCRS or other national Corvette organizations may be displayed on the jacket elsewhere.

B. Alternate jackets are also available to CGCC members:

1. A lightweight denim style jacket consisting of blue denim body and white/saddle/tan twill sleeves.

2. A heavier weight Varsity (Letterman’s) style jacket with a dark blue wool body and oak/tan leather sleeves.

3. CGCC members can request other jacket types and colors via CGCC Club Sales. These can only be purchased through CGCC Club Sales following approval of the jacket type and color from the Board of Directors.

C. Emblems

1. Large Official Club Logo:

The official club logo shall be the one voted on by the general membership (see Sections IV of the Articles of Incorporation). The official club logo shall be displayed only on the back of the official club jacket, alternate club jackets, and on the club banner. It may appear on other clothing if approved by the general membership. It shall be available and displayed by CGCC members only.

2. Small Official Club Logo:

May be worn on any style cap and worn by parade car drivers on their matching shirts.

3. Car badge:

The official club plaque shall be available to and displayed on club member’s vehicles only. CGCC would appreciate the badge/plaque being removed if a member(s) discontinues CGCC membership for any reason.

4. Pins:

Club pins shall be available to members and all Corvette clubs. The pin is defined as the multi-color pin containing the emblem as per Section IV of the Articles of Incorporation.

5. Additional Club Logo Uses.

The large Official Club Logo may be applied to other “car related” items if presented to, and approved by a majority of the members present at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors and purchased through “Club Sales”.

D. Club T-shirts, sweatshirts and caps shall be available to members. Please use discretion in whom you allow to wear.

E. Items that shall not be displayed are pins and patches that may be considered offensive to the general public; including vulgarity, sexual connotations and those items deemed in poor taste.

F. No club emblem, decal, patch, etc. shall be altered or modified in any way without exception.

G. The club emblem/logo may be used to advertise any club event, or on awards and dash plaques. Previous club emblems, jackets and car badges/plaques are still official and subject to the above rules.

ARTICLE VII - QUORUM

Thirty percent of the regular membership of CGCC shall constitute a quorum.

ARTICLE VIII - VOTING

All action except as noted in the By-Laws

ARTICLE IX- ORDER OF BUSINESS

A. The rules contained in the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws shall govern CGCC in all cases to which they are applicable.

B. All meetings of CGCC shall be conducted in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order.

C. In the event of dissolution of CGCC, all money or property shall be donated to charity.

ARTICLE X - GENERAL

A. Members shall conduct themselves in a generally acceptable manner.

B. Members shall make an effort to keep up a good appearance in public.

ARTICLE XI - AMENDING THE BY-LAWS

Amendments to the By-Laws must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors, be read aloud at two monthly business meetings, be published in the newsletter (or provided by electronic mail) after the first meeting and at the second meeting must be approved by a two/third affirmative vote of the members present.
